2. Within 24 hours (including weekends and holidays), we'll email you the resumes and rates of the interpreters we've recruited.
Each resume shows that interpreter's rate — please choose the interpreter you'd like.
Rates vary by experience, region, and number of days.
3. After choosing your interpreter, simply confirm your booking — no payment is required now.
The full interpreter fee is due after the interpretation is completed.

Q. What if I don’t like any of the interpreters offered?
A. Just let us know and we’ll recruit more candidates for you within another 24 hours.
If you still don’t find a good fit, no problem — feel free to try again another time. There’s no obligation when you submit a request.
Q. What currency do I pay in?
A. Payment is typically made in USD, based on the exchange rate on the day your resumes are sent. Let us know if you’d like to discuss payment details.
Q. Can I verify the interpreter’s skills beforehand?
A. Once an interpreter is confirmed, we’ll share their WeChat ID with you. You can call them over WeChat to check their communication ahead of time — and if you’re not satisfied, you can request a change or cancel.
